Responsibility
Do what you are supposed to do • Plan ahead •
Persevere: keep on trying! • Always do your best • Use self-control • Be
self-disciplined • Think before you act — consider the consequences • Be
accountable for your words, actions, and attitudes • Set a good example for
others
Fairness

The character of an individual would be perfect if it has to 6 characters. If a personality that does not have this important pillar then an individual would be stuck in a problem and could not find a way to solve the problem because the immature personality.
